Every repair carried out by Repair Pro is backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty. This page explains exactly what that covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim. This warranty is given in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For 12 months from the date of your repair, we warrant the parts we fitted and the workmanship we performed against defects in materials and faulty installation. If a part we installed or a repair we carried out fails because of a defect or our workmanship, we will repair it again, or replace the part, at no cost to you.
The warranty period is 12 months, beginning on the date shown on your repair receipt or invoice. Please keep your receipt or invoice — it is your proof of repair.
This workmanship warranty does not cover faults that are not caused by our parts or work, including:
Liquid-damaged devices, by their nature, may develop further unrelated faults after a repair; these are outside this warranty.

This warranty is a “warranty against defects”. The following statement is required by the Australian Consumer Law:
“Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.”
